By accessing and using justenda.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.

Justenda is a directory platform that connects users with lawyers and professional services firms. We provide public profiles, general guides and insights, and tools that help people contact relevant firms. Justenda is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, or visa agency.

The information on this Website is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, immigration, or other professional advice. A listing or published article does not imply endorsement or a guarantee of any result. Contact a qualified professional for advice about a specific situation.

Firms may register for accounts to manage their directory profiles and submit content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to act only for a firm you are authorized to represent.

An eligible firm may submit a named-author professional insight for editorial review. A submission remains private until Justenda approves the exact submitted revision and publishes it in the Guides and Insights section.

Justenda may request changes, reject a submission, or unpublish an article that no longer meets our quality, accuracy, source, eligibility, safety, or legal requirements. Review is an editorial decision. Payment, account tier, sharing, or a link to Justenda does not buy approval, priority, ranking, placement, or different link treatment.

By submitting an article, you confirm that:

• the named author is a real person, is authorized by the firm, and approves the submitted revision;
• the article is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is submitted for first publication on Justenda;
• factual and professional claims are accurate to the best of your knowledge and supported by the sources you provide;
• you have the rights and permissions needed for the text, images, graphics, names, and other material you submit;
• the submission does not disclose confidential, privileged, client, or personal information without proper authority; and
• the submission is not unlawful, misleading, plagiarized, primarily promotional, or designed mainly to manipulate links or search rankings.

You may use writing tools to help prepare a draft, but the author and firm remain responsible for checking every claim, citation, permission, and confidentiality issue. Do not submit fabricated citations or material you are not entitled to use.

You retain copyright in original content you submit. You grant Justenda a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, format, display, distribute, promote, and preserve the approved content and its associated author and firm attribution for operating Justenda.

First publication on Justenda is required, but the license is not exclusive. You may later reuse your work elsewhere. To keep one clear version for readers and search engines, we recommend publishing a short announcement or excerpt that links to the canonical Justenda article instead of posting a full duplicate. Sharing is optional.

Justenda uses automated structural and source checks followed by human proofreading. We do not rewrite attributed firm copy. If changes are needed, we return the revision with a reason and the firm decides whether to submit a corrected version.

Published articles identify the named author and firm and state that Justenda reviewed and published the article. The author and firm remain responsible for the article's claims. Our review does not make Justenda the author or a provider of the professional advice discussed.

While we make reasonable efforts to verify listing information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Website. Firms are responsible for their profile information and contributed articles.

The Website, its software, design, branding, and Justenda-owned content are owned by Justenda or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This does not transfer ownership of a contributor's original article to Justenda.

Justenda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website, your inability to use the Website, or any reliance on information obtained through the Website.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
